WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. All orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days of payment. We will notify you by email as soon as your items have been processed.
A tracking confirmation email will be sent to you. Please check your spam/junk folders as emails can end up there and do get missed.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
All orders will be shipped/received between 7-12 business days after processing time. We cannot control shipping/delivery transit times or delays that carriers may experience. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
IF YOU ORDERED DIFFERENT ITEMS
Your order may come in multiple shipments because they are being shipped from our multiple fulfillment centers. Our fulfillment centers are located in the US, United Kingdom, and Asia.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES
If the country you reside in has Duty Tax, or other taxes/fees that need to be paid prior to receiving your package, you will be responsible for paying them. We have no control how these additional fees are imposed and we cannot pay them. If you place an order then refuse a package and your package is sent back to us, it is our discretion to charge a $10 restocking fee.
