– All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
– 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days.
– We will notify you by email as soon as your items have been shipped.
Although our fulfillment center is located in the US, some of our
specialty items are located in other countries such as United Kingdom and Asia.
Some items purchased at the same time may/will be sent in separate packages.
But rest assured, you will receive all items in the specified delivery times.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the
time that your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, we no
longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.
Once an order is placed, they are evaluated, confirmed and processed within a 1-3 business days.
If your order has been shipped and a tracking ID has been provided, please wait and accept the package.
Please DO NOT open the package and open a support ticket which an RMA # will be provided to you
and instructions on how to return the item. Shipping charges back to us are paid by you and upon
receiving your item, we will evaluate and process your purchase price and shipping charges (if applicable)
